These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of live streaming services provided by EndToEnd Live ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking our services, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms.
EndToEnd Live provides professional live streaming services for bowls tournaments and events. Our services include:
We provide backup internet connectivity (mobile hotspots and failover systems) for all streaming events. However, streaming quality is dependent on available network coverage and signal strength at the venue location.
In areas with insufficient mobile network coverage or no available internet connectivity, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted streaming. We will assess connectivity at the venue prior to the event where possible, but network conditions can change and are beyond our control.
In the event of internet connectivity issues, we record all content locally. If live streaming is interrupted or unavailable, we will upload the recorded footage to the client's platforms as soon as technically feasible after the event. This may result in delayed availability of the content.
While we maintain and regularly test all equipment, technical failures can occur. We carry backup equipment where practical, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service in the event of major equipment failure.
We are not responsible for outages, technical issues, or policy violations on third-party streaming platforms (YouTube, Facebook, etc.). If a platform terminates or interrupts a stream due to their policies or technical issues, we will attempt to restore service or switch to an alternative platform where possible.
Our equipment is weather-resistant and can operate in light rain. However, severe weather conditions (heavy rain, high winds, lightning, etc.) may require us to suspend operations for safety reasons. In such cases, we will resume coverage when safe to do so, or reschedule if the event is postponed.
EndToEnd Live shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or missed content resulting from technical failures, connectivity issues, platform problems, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Client must provide timely access to the venue for equipment setup, typically 1-2 hours before the scheduled start time. Client must ensure we have access to power outlets near the filming location.
Client must provide necessary login credentials and permissions for streaming to their social media accounts or streaming platforms. Client is responsible for ensuring their accounts are in good standing and not subject to restrictions.
Client should provide access to someone familiar with the tournament format, player names, and match information to assist with accurate commentary and graphics.
Client warrants that they have the right to stream and record the event, and that streaming will not infringe upon any third-party rights. Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions from players, venue owners, and rights holders.
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or signed agreement. We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance to ensure availability.
Payment terms will be specified in the booking agreement. Payment is typically required in full before or on the day of the event.
For events beyond 25 miles from Belfast, travel expenses will be calculated based on mileage (approximately £0.45 per mile) and may include accommodation for multi-day events. All travel costs will be clearly outlined in the quote.
Additional services (professional commentators, custom graphics, etc.) are charged separately and must be agreed upon in advance.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event: Full refund minus any expenses already incurred.
Cancellations made 7-14 days before the event: 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: No refund.
If an event is postponed due to weather or other circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date. If we cannot accommodate the rescheduled date, a refund will be provided minus any expenses already incurred (such as travel, accommodation, or other non-refundable costs).
If we must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (equipment failure, illness, etc.), we will provide a full refund or assist in finding alternative coverage where possible.
All content created during the stream (video footage, graphics, recordings, and edited materials) remains the intellectual property of EndToEnd Live. By booking our services, the Client receives a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, distribute, and broadcast the content for their purposes. EndToEnd Live retains the right to use the content for promotional purposes, portfolio display, and other business purposes.
An exclusive license, which would prevent EndToEnd Live from using the content for any purpose, can be negotiated for an additional fee. Please discuss exclusive licensing requirements at the time of booking.
Recordings streamed to client platforms (YouTube, Facebook, etc.) are stored according to those platform's terms and policies. We are not responsible for long-term storage or availability of content on third-party platforms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EndToEnd Live's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific event in question.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost viewers, or lost opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, government regulations, strikes, natural disasters, or network infrastructure failures.
We collect and process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Any personal information shared with us (contact details, platform credentials) will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Client is responsible for ensuring compliance with data protection laws regarding the recording and streaming of individuals at their event.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
